Standard Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2–5 business days from the date of order confirmation.

Custom/AR Integrated Orders: Certain items, especially those involving creative or augmented reality elements, may require additional time (up to 7 business days) depending on production complexity.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped:

A shipment confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.

It will include your tracking number and a link to track your order in real-time.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (For International Orders)

All international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other country-specific fees upon arrival.

6. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

7. Shipping to P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses
Currently, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or military APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a valid physical address for successful delivery.
