Cancellation & Returns

1. Order Cancellation Window

  • Standard Orders:
    You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not been processed or shipped.

  • Customized or Augmented Designs:
    Due to the made-to-order nature of our augmented reality integrated or customized designs, orders for these products cannot be cancelled after 12 hours from order placement.

To request a cancellation, please email us at info@luxr.co.in with your Order ID and Reason for Cancellation.

2. Orders Already Shipped

Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may refer to our Return & Refund Policy if you are not satisfied with your product after delivery.

3. Cancellation Approval & Refunds

  • If your cancellation is approved within the allowed time:

    • You will receive a confirmation email.

    • The refund (if applicable) will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

    • In case of UPI or direct bank payments, additional details may be requested for processing.

  • If the request is not eligible (e.g., post-shipping or custom item), we will notify you with an explanation.

4. Non-Cancellable Items

The following types of products are not eligible for cancellation:

  • Customized or personalized products after 12 hours

  • Augmented reality embedded garments post-production

  • Limited edition or final sale products

  • Orders already dispatched or in transit

5. Order Modifications

If you wish to modify your order (change size, color, design, or address), please contact us within 12 hours. Modifications beyond this window are not guaranteed and may require a fresh order.

6. Delay in Processing or Delivery

If your order is delayed beyond the maximum estimated delivery timeline (25 days for international or 10 days for domestic), you may request a cancellation with full refund. Kindly contact our support team with your Order ID.
