8. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted only in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Products returned must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging unless received in a defective condition.

Refund eligibility shall be determined upon inspection of the returned product.

9. Shipping, Delivery, RTO & Reshipment Policy

We strive to ensure timely delivery of all orders. However, delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to operational, logistical, weather-related, or unforeseen circumstances.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate shipping information.

  • Being available to receive the shipment during delivery attempts.

  • Responding to courier partner communications when required.

Return-to-Origin (RTO)

An order may be marked as Return-to-Origin (RTO) and returned to our warehouse if:

  • The customer is unavailable during delivery attempts.

  • The customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address.

  • The shipment is refused by the customer.

  • The customer fails to respond to courier partner communications.

  • Delivery cannot be completed due to customer-related reasons.

Reshipment Charges

If an order is returned to us under RTO status for any customer-related reason and the customer wishes to receive the order again, a mandatory reshipment fee of ₹180/- shall apply.

This fee covers:

  • Reverse logistics charges.

  • Handling and processing fees.

  • Reassignment and re-dispatch of the shipment.

Reshipment will only be initiated after the reshipment charges have been paid in full.

LUXR reserves the right to refuse repeated reshipment requests resulting from multiple failed delivery attempts.

Delivery Delays

LUXR shall not be held responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier partner issues.

  • Natural disasters.

  • Government restrictions.

  • Customs clearance procedures.

  • Force majeure events.

  • Incorrect customer information.

10. International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, and local regulations.

Such charges are solely the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product pricing unless explicitly stated.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • LUXR shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific order in question.

  • Use of our website and products is at the user's own risk.

12. Privacy

Your use of our services is governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using our website, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your information in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

13. Termination
